How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How do I choose the right size for suits, coats and tailoring?
Please refer to the size guide on each product page. For classic tailoring, if you are between sizes we generally recommend choosing the larger size for comfort and layering, especially for coats.
How should I care for classic garments like wool coats and tailored pieces?
For wool coats and tailored items, we recommend professional dry cleaning when needed. Hang garments on a structured hanger and allow them to air after wear. Avoid frequent washing to protect fabric shape and longevity.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
